Reason for Maintenance:
We will be adding additional line cards to our core routers. This will involve insertion and powering up of new line cards and moving links from our current line cards to spread traffic load across multiple components. We anticipate no downtime from these events.

Maintenance Window: 
Start: 9/24/2019 03:00 UTC (EDT is 9/23/2019 23:00)
Finish: 9/24/2019 06:00 UTC (EDT is 9/24/2019 02:00)

 

Estimated amount of downtime:
We understand the importance of minimizing downtime while performing any type of maintenance and for that reason, we will do everything we can to expedite this process. As it stands we do not expect there being downtime during the three-hour maintenance window but figured it best to let you know just in case something unexpected occurs.
