Customers
With detailed Customer Reports, Create A Shoppe helps you can gain valuable insight about your customers, including their average order count, average order totals, and much more!
To be sure your reports are set to collect this important information go to: System > Settings and click the Option tab. Scroll until you see the account section and set Customers Online, Customer Activity and Customer Searches to YES and save your changes.
Customers Online
The Customers Online Report shows a list of the latest activities of customers in the store front. You can access this section under Reports > Customers > Customers Online in your store admin.
The report will position the latest activity first. The user will be tracked even if he/she is not yet registered in your store, and will be named as Guest. It will record his/her IP, the last page has visited, the reference page that came to your store, and the last click date & time.
The customers online report displays the following information:
- IP: The customer’s IP.
- Customer: The users’ name or Guest.
- Last Page Visited: The last page visited by user/guest.
- Referer: The reference page.
- Last Click: The last click date & time activity.
Customer Activity
The Customer Activity Report shows you a list of all activities of customers in your store front. You can access this section under Reports > Customers > Customer Activity.
The report will position the latest activity first. It will record everything about the customer’s activity starting with his/her registered day in the store. A direct link will be added when the customer makes a new order, so you can easily look up to the order.
The customer activity report displays the following information:
- Comment: The activity type of the customer.
- IP: The customer’s IP.
- Date Added: The date of the activity.
Customer Orders
Accessed under Reports > Customers > Orders.
The following information will be displayed about customer orders:
- Customer Name
- Customer Group: The customer group the customer is categorized in.
- Status: Shows if the customer is currently allowed to login to their store account.
- No. Orders: The total number of orders made by this customer.
- No. Products: The total number of products purchased by this customer.
- Total: The total amount purchased from this customer. Customers are arranged on the list from the highest amount to the lowest.
Clicking “Edit” under “Action” will direct you to that specific customer’s edit form under Sales > Customer. Customers can be filtered by selecting a start and end date.
Reward Points
Accessed under Reports > Customers > Reward Points.
The following information will be displayed about customer reward point usage:
- Customer Name
- Customer Group:The customer group the customer is categorized in.
- Status: Shows if the customer is currently allowed to login to their store account.
- Reward Points:The amount of reward points obtained by this customer. Reward points can be acquired by a customer by purchasing a product with reward points designated to it under its Data tab under Catalog > Products.
- No. Orders: The total number of orders made by this customer.
- Total: The total amount purchased from this customer.
Clicking “Edit” under “Action” will direct you to that specific customer’s edit form under Sales > Customer. Customers can be filtered by selecting a start and end date.
Credit
Accessed under Reports > Customers > Credit.
The following information will be displayed about customer store credit:
- Customer Name
- Customer Group: The customer group the customer is categorized in.
- Status: Shows if the customer is currently allowed to login to their store account.
- Total: The total amount purchased from this customer.
Clicking “Edit” under “Action” will direct you to that specific customer’s edit form under Sales > Customer. Customers can be filtered by selecting a start and end date.
Search
Accessed under Reports > Customers > Search.
The following information will be displayed about what your customers are searching for:
- Keyword: Word(s) customer used in their search
- Found Products: Products the customer found
- Category
- Customer: The activity type of the customer.
- IP: The customer’s IP.
- Date Added: The date of the activity.
