Understanding the best ways to ship your products is an important part of running your online store. You’ll need to decide what shipping methods you want to use, and then set up your store’s shipping so that your customers can choose a delivery method at checkout.<\/p>\n

Manage all of our store’s shipping settings on the Shipping<\/strong> page in your Create A Shoppe admin by clicking Extensions then Shipping in the right admin menu. If you do not see the right menu click the gear icon in the right corner of your screen to open it.<\/p>\n

Setup Free Shipping<\/h1>\n

Set free shipping on all orders over a certain dollar amount:<\/p>\n

  1. Locate Free Shipping<\/strong> and click the edit button.<\/li>\n
  2. Enter the total<\/strong> the order needs to reach before Free shipping<\/strong> is\u00a0activated (example: Enter 100 if you are offering “Free shipping for orders over $100”)<\/li>\n
  3. Select a Geo Zone<\/strong> (typically All Zones or United States only)<\/li>\n
  4. Select Enabled<\/strong><\/li>\n
  5. Save<\/strong> your changes<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Setup Flat Rate Shipping<\/h1>\n

    Another way to charge for shipping is to offer a flat rate for every package<\/p>\n

    1. Locate Flat Rate\u00a0Shipping<\/strong> and click the edit button.<\/li>\n
    2. Enter the cost<\/strong><\/li>\n
    3. Choose a tax class (typically Taxable Goods)<\/li>\n
    4. Select a Geo Zone<\/strong> (typically All Zones or United States only)<\/li>\n
    5. Select Enabled<\/strong><\/li>\n
    6. Save<\/strong> your changes<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

      Setup Shipping Per Item<\/h1>\n

      1. Locate Per Item<\/strong> and click the edit button.<\/li>\n
      2. Enter the cost <\/b>(the amount you’d like to charge per item)<\/li>\n
      3. Select a Tax Class (typically taxable goods)<\/li>\n
      4. Select a Geo Zone<\/strong> (typically All Zones or United States only)<\/li>\n
      5. Select Enabled<\/strong><\/li>\n
      6. Save<\/strong> your changes<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

        Register\u00a0for a USPS Web Tools Account<\/h1>\n

        1. Visit\u00a0the USPS Web Tools registration page<\/a>.<\/li>\n
        2. Fill out the form as required<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

          After you submit\u00a0the form, USPS will create your API login<\/strong> account. You’ll\u00a0receive an email with your API account credentials.<\/p>\n

          \n3. Call USPS<\/strong> at 1-800-344-7779 or email:\u00a0uspstechsupport@esecurecare.net<\/strong><\/p>\n

          4. Request that USPS update the account to use the production server<\/strong>. Provide them with your username (provided in registration notice) and let them know you are using a third-party\u00a0ecommerce system.<\/p>\n

          Configure your store to use USPS tools<\/h1>\n
            \n
          1. Login to your admin and go to Extensions>Shipping<\/strong><\/li>\n
          2. If United States Postal Service<\/strong> (USPS) is not enabled click the edit button.<\/li>\n
          3. In the\u00a0User ID<\/strong> field enter\u00a0the Username<\/strong> the USPS assigned in the registration notice email.<\/li>\n
          4. Enter the\u00a0Zip Code<\/strong>\u00a0where the shipments will originate from (typically your home or store address).<\/li>\n
          5. Select\u00a0the Domestic & International<\/strong>\u00a0services you plan to use.<\/li>\n
          6. Set the Size<\/strong>, Container<\/strong> and choose Yes or No for machinable<\/strong><\/li>\n
          7. \u00a0Enter the average size\/dimensions of packages<\/li>\n
          8. Choose if you would like to display the delivery time or not<\/li>\n
          9. Choose if you would like to display the delivery weight<\/li>\n
          10. Set Weight Class<\/strong> to Pound<\/strong><\/li>\n
          11. Choose a tax class<\/strong> (typically taxable goods)<\/li>\n
          12. Choose a Geo Zone<\/strong> (typically All Zones)<\/li>\n
          13. Set Status<\/strong> to Enabled<\/strong><\/li>\n
          14. If you have setup multiple shipping methods for a customer to choose from on checkout you can set the number for sort order<\/strong> that you’d like the shipping choices to appear in. Otherwise leave blank<\/li>\n
          15. Leave Debug Mode<\/strong> set to disabled<\/strong><\/li>\n
          16. Save<\/strong> your settings<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

            Configure your store to use Fedex<\/h1>\n

            This guide assumes you’ve already created an account with Fedex<\/p>\n

            1. Login to your admin and go to Extensions > Shipping\u00a0<\/strong>(You\u2019ll find extensions in your admin by clicking the gear icon in the far right corner of your screen to open the right side menu.)<\/li>\n
            2. If UPS<\/b>\u00a0is not enabled click the edit button.<\/li>\n
            3. Enter your key<\/li>\n
            4. Enter your Password.<\/li>\n
            5. Enter Account number<\/li>\n
            6. Enter Meter number<\/li>\n
            7. Enter your post\/zip code<\/li>\n
            8. Set test mode to yes or no depending on if you are ready to go live<\/li>\n
            9. Select Quote type<\/li>\n
            10. Select services<\/li>\n
            11. Configure your measurements<\/li>\n
            12. Select drop off type<\/li>\n
            13. Select Packaging<\/li>\n
            14. Set a rate type<\/li>\n
            15. Choose if you want to display Delivery Time or delivery weight<\/li>\n
            16. Set a weight class<\/li>\n
            17. Choose a Tax class (typically taxable goods)<\/li>\n
            18. Choose a Geo Zone (typically all zones)<\/li>\n
            19. Set status to Enabled<\/li>\n
            20. Save<\/strong> your settings<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

              Configure your store to use UPS<\/h1>\n

              This guide assumes you’ve already created an account with UPS<\/p>\n
