To clarify a bit with the LinkLok system, that system is going to work alongside your Create A Shoppe, but it does not completely integrate with it. So the two systems operate independently of one another, Create A Shoppe creating the front end catalog with buy buttons and LinkLok pulling data directly from Mals to determine the downloadable products.

This means that you need to set up LinkLok independently from yoru Create a Shoppe, adding products into both the Create A Shoppe store administration area and the LinkLok finish page. You'll also need to utilize LinkLok's pass through URL feature to send Mals to your website finish page after a customer is finished ordering. What we would suggest is to get LinkLok up and running first, making sure that the downloads are working properly. Then once LinkLok is working, make sure to include the same catalog numbers in your Create a Shoppe products, and ensure that LinkLok is set up to send the data through to your storeadmin through the pass through URL.
